Dr. William J. Birnes
William J. Birnes is a New York Times best-selling author, an editor, a magazine and book publisher, and a New York literary publishing agent and book and television producer. He has written and edited over twenty-five books and encyclopedias in the fields of human behavior, true crime, current affairs, history, psychology, business, computing, and the paranormal. He has two forthcoming novels at Tor/Forge Books and a nonfiction series in science and technology. His first true crime title, Serial Killers, is in its 19th printing at Random House. His forthcoming narrative nonfiction title is Space Wars (April 2007), at Forge, about the vulnerability of commercial and military U.S. orbital space assets.

Birnes is the editorial director of his own literary series, with Coast-to-Coast AM radio talk-show host George Noory, at Tor/Forge Books at Holtzbrinck Publishing in New York and president of the book production company, Shadow Lawn Press. Birnes is also the publisher and president of Filament Books in New York and Los Angeles and the publisher of SkyWriter e-magazine in New York. His bestseller as a co-author was The Day After Roswell in 1997, now a documentary on the History Channel (May 2005). Birnes's previous cable feature, "The Riverman," based on his book, The Riverman, that he co-authored with detective Dr. Robert Keppel about how serial killer Ted Bundy helped police track the Green River Killer Gary Ridgway, was broadcast on A&E in September 2004. Birnes's other cable documentaries, on A&E and the History Channel were "The Haunting of the President," based on his and Joel Martin’s book of the same name at Signet (2003) and UFO USSR published by Filament. His title Black Dahlia Avenger, recently sold to New Line, is currently in development.

Birnes is a frequent radio and television talk-show guest, having appeared on “Good Morning America,” “Dateline, NBC,” “Entertainment Tonight,” "Coast to Coast AM," "UFOs in Russia," "USOs, Underwater Submersible Objects," and “Black Box UFOs.” He currently has his own documentary series on The History Channel, had a featured role in the film “Occam’s Razor” in 1999, and was featured in a Canadian Broadcasting Company documentary on the O.J. Simpson murder trial in 1995.

As a television producer, Birnes' first cable feature was "When Husbands Cheat," for Lifetime Television with Hearst Entertainment Television. A National Endowment for the Humanities Fellow, grants judge for the National Endowment for the Arts, and law school graduate, William Birnes received his Ph.D. from New York University in 1974 while he was an Instructor of English at Trenton State College. He completed his post-doctoral work under a Lily Foundation Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. He started his own publishing and book production company, Shadow Lawn Press, in 1983. LECTURE
The O’Hare Airport Case, the Process of Cover-up, and the Corso Files

Back in 1997, when the Day After Roswell was first published, at Philip J. Corso’s first press conference, he explained that, for the most part, the government did not need to spend much time covering up any UFO disclosures for four reasons:
      1. There was nothing to cover up since the truth was already out there. The problem was that because most people did not believe the truth, so why bother to cover it up?
      2. The government could not cover up anything over a period of years anyway because there was no such thing as a monolithic government. What one agency did, another agency undid. Therefore, the government was really at war with itself, and not just about UFOs.
      3. UFOs are the best friends the CIA ever had. If there were no UFOs, the CIA would have had to invent them to cover up what it was doing with exotic aircraft.
      4. If the first three reasons do not make sense, not to worry because ufologists will engage in their own cover-up, thereby saving the government lots of time and money.

This lecture applies all of these statements to the O’Hare Airport incident of November 2006, and the disclosure of that incident in the press in January 2007, to show that what Corso said ten years ago is still applicable today.

Archeological evidence for extreme human antiquity shows we need a new explanation for human origins. Today most scientists believe a human being is a combination of ordinary matter. But if we consider all the evidence, it is more reasonable to say that a human being is a combination of matter, mind, and consciousness. This leads to the assumption that the cosmos itself is divided into regions of matter, mind, and consciousness, each inhabited by beings adapted to the conditions there. We are not alone: we are part of a cosmic hierarchy of beings. Dr. Steven Greer, M.D.

Jack "Kewaunee" Lapseritis B.A., M.H., M.S.

John Lear

John Lear, retired airline captain and former CIA pilot with over 19,000 hours of flight time has flown over 100 different types of aircraft in 60 different countries around the world. Son of Learjet inventor, Bill Lear, John is the only pilot to hold every FAA aviator certificate. He flew secret missions for the CIA in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, The Middle East and Africa between 1966 and 1983.

John held 17 world records including Speed Around the World in a Lear Jet, Model 24 set in 1966 and was presented the PATCO award for Outstanding Airmanship in 1969. He is a Senior Vice-Commander of the China post 1, the American Legions Post for “Soldiers of Fortune” and is a 24-year member of the Special Operations Association. John has four daughters, 2 Grandchildren, and lives with his wife, a Las Vegas businessperson Marilee Lear in Sunrise Manor.

“The Living Moon: How and Where the Cover-up Started in 1870”

John will trace today’s cover-up of the civilization on the moon from Peter Andreas Hansen, respected Danish mathematician and astronomer proposed theory of an atmosphere and even life on the moon which he published in 1856.

Hansen’s suggestion that the Moon’s center of gravity was lopsided so that all of the air and water has been drawn to the invisible far side of the moon which he proposed might even be inhabited was accepted by his peers until 1870.

In 1870, a Rear Admiral in the United States navy and head of the U.S. naval Observatory, Simon Newcomb showed up in Paris and began to disparage Hansen’s findings with disinformation and innuendo.

US Mining Operations on the Moon, 1960 – 2007

John will trace the cover-up of US Mining Operations on the moon being conducted since the early 1960’s and show photos taken by the Lunar Orbiter in the middle 60’s of mining operations in the crater Copernicus and other craters.

Buildings, bucket wheel excavators, roads, dust vapor and other artifacts are clearly shown in these NASA photos.

He will also show photos taken from both Apollo and Lunar Orbiter of a city and spaceport of the far side of the Moon.

Dr. Roger Leir

Dr. Roger K. Leir, author of the "Aliens and the Scalpel-First and Second Edition", “UFO Crash in Brazil”, “Casebook Alien Implants”, “Chopped Liver” and three other books published outside the United States, including “Implantes Alienegenas” published in Portuguese in Brazil, and “Ovnis and Implants” published in France by Le Mercure Dauphinois.
It has been said that Dr. Leir is one of the world’s most important leaders in physical evidence research involving the field of Ufology. Dr. Leir is a Podiatric Surgeon, who has been in private practice in Ventura County, California, for the past 42 years. A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF TWELVE SURGERIES

Dr. Leir will discuss a review of the 12 surgeries his surgical team has performed for the removal of suspected non-terrestrial implants. He will enumerate the classification categorizes and numbers of objects that were placed in each category. In addition, he will discuss the scientific findings and their commonalities including both biological and metallurgical aspects of the research. In his presentation, he will show slides of both the biological metallurgical anomalies found during the research. Dr. Leir will not discuss the related abduction experiences involving his surgical patients, as he leaves this aspect of research to noted responsible scientific researchers such as Budd Hopkins, Dr. David Jacobs and Yvonne Smith. THE TWELFTH SURGERY FOR REMOVAL OF A SUSPECTED ALIEN IMPLANT

Dr. Roger Leir will discuss in detail the twelfth surgery for removal of a suspected Alien Implant. He will touch on the history of the patient with regard to their abduction experiences and demonstrate how his surgical team uses instruments prior to the surgery for detection of electromagnetic fields, and radio frequencies. In addition you will see what frequency was detected coming from this patients toe where the suspected implant was found. You will also see the x-rays confirming the object in the body and also watch the C-Arm x-ray device demonstrate the object on two television screens. Dr. Leir will also show the object being removed and cover the early scientific reports. You will also see a document from the FCC which shows where the radio frequency is involved in communication. Dr. Jesse Marcel Jr., M.D.

Dr. Jesse Marcel was a Pre-med undergraduate at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana and LSU School of Medicine at New Orleans, Louisiana, graduating July of 1961 earning a degree in medicine. He joined the US Navy in 1962 and was assigned to the USS Renville (APA 227), shortly after he participated in the Cuban Missile Crisis, attached to combat units as member of the Ships Company. The Renville then sailed for West Pac and then to the South East Pacific Area where he participated in combat training in case of enemy attacks on the ship.

After the West Pac tour, He completed his specialty training in Otolaryngology at the Naval Hospital, San Diego, California. He retired from the Navy in July of 1971 and entered private practice in Helena, Montana in August of 1971. Joining the Montana Army National Guard in 1973, he went through helicopter flight training as a flight surgeon at Ft. Rucker, Alabama earning his wings in 1981.

During his career in the National Guard, he was appointed State Surgeon of the State of Montana and retired from the military the second time in August of 1996 on his 60th birthday. Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) required his being called back to active duty in October of 2004 shortly after his 68th birthday. He then served as a flight surgeon for the 189th Attack Helicopter Battalion, flying 225 hours of combat, being discharged again from active duty in December of 2005 to the Ready Reserve. He is currently employed as a specialist in Otolaryngology at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Ft. Harrison, Montana.

Dr. Jesse Marcel, Jr. is, perhaps, best known as the son of the late Major Jesse Marcel, Sr. who was attached to the 509th Elite Bomb Group stationed at an Army Air Field in Roswell, New Mexico at which an alleged UFO crashed in July 1947. Both Jesse, Sr. and Jesse, Jr. had an opportunity to see and touch several metallic pieces from this infamous crash. His father was subsequently ordered to assist in the cover-up by the government, which today still denies that the materials were of extraterrestrial origin.

Ralph Ring is a Natural Scientist and a Creative Technician who in the late 1950's and early 1960's worked together with Otis T Carr, ( A Friend and Student of Nikola Tesla) and a team of dedicated Scientist on and with Alternative Technologies, one of which was Teleportation . He was One of three to pilot a Man Made Spaceship. His Dream since birth has and is to produce Floating Homes, Cities and Countries.

In essence, the account is as follows. Carr and a small group of engineers and technicians, one of whom was Ralph, built a flying disk, powered by rotating electromagnets in conjunction with a number of small, ingenious capacitor-like devices called "Utrons". A number of prototypes were built, ranging in size from experimental models a few feet across to a passenger-carrying craft which was fully 45 feet in diameter. The smaller disks flew successfully – one even disappeared completely and was permanently lost – and Ralph himself testifies to having co-piloted, with two others, the large craft a distance of some ten miles, traversing this distance instantaneously.

Jim Sparks
